Android as the System is good.. its for the most part individuals who are making Apps for it are not doing their business correct. They are lackadaisical to optimise performance and keep battery lifetime by auto killing any processing of the app if its not in foreground and only promote a job to cpu if its necessary. if the app is in background and not run the whole app for a small thing and carry on it functioning after its finished the task.
